  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM?

    The last thing we want is for you to feel overwhelmed by an online program or spend hours in front of a screen learning how to avoid screens! That's why the Burnout Program is designed in small, bite-sized, and enjoyable segments. Watch, listen, or read each program at your convenience - whether you're out for a walk, driving to work, or even cooking dinner. Enjoy our weekly Burnout Challenges and embrace the journey to recovery.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?

    Once enrolled, you will have access to six weekly Burnout lessons. Each topic explores the triggers to stress and burnout and provides valuable information to overcome burnout. Subscribers will also receive a COMPLIMENTARY 15 min appointment with a MINT doctor to investigate any potential physiological reasons behind your burnout.

  • WHEN WILL I EXPERIENCE RESULTS?

    Almost immediately! Participants often notice changes within a week of implementing the tools. It's amazing how small lifestyle changes can have a significant impact, leading to deeper sleep, a sense of calm, and increased energy throughout the day.

  • HOW LONG CAN I ACCESS THE COURSE?

    Great news! You have unlimited access to the course for one year. Just like a favorite podcast, you can revisit the information whenever you need inspiration. Feel free to come back and replay the videos as often as you like.

I am feeling calm, relaxed and empowered!

Six weeks later I am feeling much more calm, relaxed and empowered! When I first started this webinar, I was already going through a lot of work related anxiety and stress due to the pandemic and my personal circumstances. The series was such a great way for me to reconnect with the simple basic relaxation techniques and gain a deeper understanding of myself. Dr Shami provided us with inspiring, informative content that we were able to apply in our everyday life. Every morning I challenged myself to do 10 minutes of meditation as soon as I woke up. I focused on my breathing many times during the day so that I was able to calm myself down easily whenever I felt anxious. I started eating my lunch outside instead of in the staffroom during my breaks to get away from my work environment. I became more mindful about stress eating and asking myself -am I really hungry or stressed? I stopped drinking caffeinated beverages and set myself a limit of no phones after 9pm to reduce my screen time maximize a deep sleep. I choose to be in bed by 10pm to allow myself time to fall asleep and without the distraction of my phone, this was achievable. I now wake up feeling rested and energized. I set a goal to focus more on myself and my wellbeing and this webinar series allowed me to do exactly that. Thank you so much Dr Shami, you are amazing!!

I did not think I needed your Program, but now can't live without it!

This webinar has been a really useful course in providing me with research, frameworks and practical tips to help me address elements in my life that are creating stress and undesirable outcomes. I also feel I better understand the effects of stress on my body and I realise I've had physical and mental stress, and biological responses in the past, but haven't realised. It This is not just a webinar about stress management, it is about better managing and improving your life. I've read about improving habits and mindfulness in the past however I haven't been great at putting those learnings into practice. I feel that this course has helped me unlock key issues creating blocks and given me actionable steps to create change. Your instructor

DR SHAMI BARATHAN

Dr Shami graduated from Imperial College School of Medicine in London in 2000 and worked in the United Kingdom and New Zealand before settling here in Melbourne.

She has over 22 years of experience and has specialised in nutritional and environmental medicine by completing a degree (FACNEM) with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM). She also holds the fellowship to the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). In 2021, she was Vice-President of ACNEM.

Dr Shami is passionate about the holistic approach to healthcare and health education. She has seen patients transform their health beliefs by managing their stress levels, eating a whole food diet, managing nutrient deficiencies, supporting their tut health, exercising more and addressing their inner needs in life. This results in long term, sustainable results. 

Being able to understand both sides of the health coin, namely conventional medicine and holistic therapies, Dr Shami is able to blend the best of both worlds to bring balance to your life and help you make the right choices about your health and wellbeing.
